Silence

Staring at my phone,
Listening to the sound around me,
All I heard was the silence,
Nothing more than that.

Newton's Third Law applied itself this time,
Silence was found,
But, a heart was lost.
Feelings were crushed !

Sigh !

Why ?!
Do you even care ?
Do you even give a damn ?
Does this mean everything in the past was a lie ?

Sigh !

Vanished - just like that,
Nothing to remember,
Nothing to hold on too,
Nothing to sulk over.

I found myself,
Shaking in pain,
Tearing silently,
I found my empty heart.

My heart beats no more !
